Nowadays new information communication technologies are radically changing interaction between developers, users and clients (examinees) in psychological testing. Certain professionally and ethically unripe persons tend to use new opportunities in improper ways. This Symposium will discuss two broad, interconnected questions: - New opportunities for test development (e.g., data collection), distribution and application. - New professional requirements expanding the list of ethical and professional norms in the new era.
