The modern society is rapidly developing, demanding active changes from person and social groups. Priorities of innovative society development require psychologist to reveal certain dynamic characteristics of organizations personnel: tendency to change, high level of activity, ability to overcoming standards, to oversituational not adaptive, abovenorm activity, ability of leaders, managers to influence, that transform reality and others. Intercultural communications generate problems of a person receptivity to alien culture interventions and necessity for methods studying mass media influences, influences of local and foreign film art. Distribution of various trainings assume that appropriate psychological measures of trainings influence effects should be.
Research and practical work on this problem is connected with necessity of adequate measure methods development of personality and group dynamics. In this context it is offered to consider opportunities psychosemantic, projective and other methods.
It is supposed to consider and generalize experience of development and use of instruments for diagnostics and the prediction of personality and groups changes. Main themes for discussion are:
